- In the TITLE SECTION WRITE: Art Submission
- In the MESSAGE SECTION ENTER: Your Name
- Make Sure Your Image files meet the size and format requirements: Min. 2200 pixels at 300ppi on largest dimension, RGB, jpg.
4. IMAGE SUBMISSION: MUST BE SENT to EPF on the Same Day you SUBMIT THIS FORM
5. Make sure to include: Date of Submission and your Contact Information.
