Important Submission Instructions

  1. If desired, you may submit a PDF or Word document with your art. Both the ARTIST STATEMENT and HOW IS YOUR ART RELEVANT TO THE EPF MISSION STATEMENT? response may be up to 300 words each.
  2. Your image submission must be sent to EPF on the SAME DAY this form is submitted.
    1. Use WeTransfer.com for your submission. When submitting:
      a. In the TITLE SECTION, enter “Art Submission”
      b. In the MESSAGE SECTION, enter the following:
      i. Date of your submission
      ii. Name: your first and last name
      iii. Your contact information: email and phone
      c. Make sure your image files meet the size and format requirements:
  1. EPF will email you within one week to confirm receipt of your submission.
